Grounded in the belief that strong communities are built through authentic relationships, this event is a cross between a story slam and swapping tales around the campfire. Susie Silbert invites Glass Art Society attendees and members of the public to visit the Art Lab and share short stories (3 – 5 minutes) of their vulnerability, strength, failures, and wins as creatives.
Throw your name in the hat on the night of to be a storyteller. Tell us a story about someone who opened a door for you, perhaps a door you didn’t know you needed or didn’t know existed. Share a story about getting to a point where you didn’t think you could go on, and someone lent you a hand.
Listeners wanted, too! This event is intended for an adult audience, but all ages are welcome. For more information follow @SusieSilbert on Instagram or visit SusieSilbert.com
