Volunteer Opportunities

Our volunteers are more than just appreciated members of the Rockwell community—they are the very foundation of our success.

A wide range of opportunities and experience awaits The Rockwell volunteer.  Some volunteers serve as a Meet and Greet Ambassadors in the Admissions area, or as a Docent guiding tour groups of adults or school children; other volunteers work behind the scenes to make the many projects and programs The Rockwell possible.

All volunteers are provided with a formal training and are supported in gaining knowledge of the collections and artists in the Museum. In return for a volunteer’s commitment, time and talents, the Museum offers discounts, recognition events and art history training, as well as the camaraderie and satisfaction that only come when people work together to support their community.
