0192_waa_parrish_120203T_hrUsing a glass-making technique known as kilnforming followed by meticulous cold working that mimics natural erosion, Parrish creates textural, large-scale panels that evoke images of maps, topography and geology. Starting promptly at 5:30 p.m., Richard Parrish will speak about his innovative artistic process and the roots of his vision for this special exhibition created specifically for The Rockwell Museum.

Learn more about Richard Parrish and his body of work by visiting the exhibition page. The exhibition will be on view February 12 through June 19, 2016.
