Function meets beauty as you build your own pot with a landscape design.  Learn to use simple hand-building techniques and cardboard to create a sturdy vessel, and then let your creativity take over to design a landscape of hills, trees, and geologic features.   Participants are encouraged to use the artwork of Richard Parrish, now on view at The Rockwell, as inspiration for creating new ways of looking at landscapes.

Session One will focus on building and designing your pot; Session Two will focus on glazing the pieces using various colors and glaze-types.  The pots will be available later for pick up after being fired.  Beginners and intermediate levels welcome, age 16 and up.

Previous clay classes with Linda Huey have sold out – register early to save your seat!
