    The Apartment Tour is an exclusive self-guided walking tour of downtown Corning and Market Street Apartments, and a fundraiser for The Rockwell Museum's educational initiatives and programming.

    This year's tour includes the recently renovated Academy Place Apartments (previously Corning Free Academy Middle School).

    Back by popular demand, The Rockwell Museum presents the Apartment Tour: Urban Spaces, Historic Places, an exclusive self-guided walking tour of downtown Corning and Market Street Apartments, including the recently renovated Academy Place Apartments (previously Corning Free Academy Middle School). All ticket proceeds support educational programming and outreach at The Rockwell Museum. 

    >> Check in at The Rockwell Museum (111 Cedar Street, Corning) or Academy Place Apartments (11 West Third Street) to sign-in and pick up your map and wristband. 

    >> Follow the trail to see inside 10+ historic buildings and urban spaces.

    >> Anytime between 1:00 and 5:00 p.m., join us at The Rockwell for a  dessert reception on the terrace (weather permitting).

    Please note:

    >> Come prepared to walk and climb stairs (comfortable shoes). Apartments that have elevator access will be denoted on your tour map, but many buildings do not have elevator access. 

    >> Photography is not permitted within private apartments.

    >> For the privacy of apartment residents, exact locations are not divulged until the day of the event, to ticket-holders only. 

    >>  The tour is for ages 16+
